Vinc is a digital business card platform. You create a mobile-optimized page with your contact info, social links, QR code, and lead capture form. Share it via QR code, NFC tap, or link.
Do people need an app to view my card?
No. Your card opens in any web browser. No app download required for the person viewing it.
How do NFC cards work?
You program an NFC card or wristband with your Vinc URL using the free NFC Tools app. Then anyone can tap their phone to the card to instantly open your digital business card.
What's the difference between NFC cards and bands?
Functionally they work the same way. Vinc tracks them separately in analytics so you can see which format drives more engagement. Use ?source=nfc for cards and ?source=band for bands.
How are QR scans tracked?
When someone scans your QR code, it routes through our tracking system before landing on your card. The scan is recorded with device type, browser, and location data.
Can I have multiple cards?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can create multiple cards for different purposes (personal, company, event-specific). Each card has its own URL, QR code, and analytics.
What happens when someone fills out my lead form?
Their details are saved to your CRM and you can optionally receive an email notification. You can also set up automatic intro emails that send to the lead after a configurable delay.
Can I customize the QR code?
Yes. You can change the dot pattern, corner style, and colors to match your brand. The QR code is generated as a high-resolution image you can download for printing.
How do reviews work?
Visitors can leave a review on your card. Reviews are unpublished by default, so you moderate and choose which ones to display. You can also manually add reviews from existing clients.
What's an intro email?
An automated email sent to anyone who fills out your lead form. Choose from predefined templates or write your own. You can set a delay (1 min to 1 hour) so it feels natural.
Can I use Vinc for my team?
Yes. Scale and Enterprise plans support multiple cards and team management features. Each team member gets their own card with shared branding.
How do virtual backgrounds work?
Generate branded 1920x1080 backgrounds for Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet with your name, title, and QR code overlaid. Download the 'meeting' version which is pre-flipped so text reads correctly when your camera mirrors the image.
How do email signatures work?
Choose from 5 templates that use your card's data to generate an HTML email signature. Copy it and paste into Gmail, Outlook, or any email client's signature settings.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Vinc uses Supabase with row-level security. Your data is only accessible to you. We don't sell or share your information.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your card will remain active on the free Launch plan with its included features.
