Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Vinc account or using the Vinc platform at getvinc.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The service is operated by Nedax d.o.o.(“Vinc”, “we”, “us”).

If you are using Vinc on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. The Service

Vinc provides a digital business card and lead capture platform. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice. We will not remove core functionality without offering a transition period or refund.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person or legal entity per account unless you are on a team plan.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vinc to:

• Impersonate another person or create a misleading identity
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Collect data from visitors without a lawful basis under applicable privacy law
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent platform security
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

5. Billing and Payments

• Free plan: Available indefinitely with no credit card required, subject to usage limits.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
• Free trials: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Refunds: We offer a pro-rata refund within 7 days of a new billing period if you have not used the service in that period. No refunds on annual plans past the 30-day mark.
• Payment failures: We will retry failed payments and notify you. Accounts with persistent failed payments will be downgraded to the free plan after 14 days.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months on monthly plans. On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export it.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Vinc (profile photos, logos, text, videos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose of operating the service. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including photos, logos, and third-party links.

8. Lead Data and Visitor Privacy

When visitors submit lead forms on your Vinc card, that data belongs to you. You are the data controller for those leads under GDPR. You must have a lawful basis to collect and process visitor data and must not use it in ways that violate applicable privacy law. We act as a data processor on your behalf for that data.

9. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. In the event of extended outages (>4 hours), paid users are eligible for service credit upon request. Free plan users do not receive SLA guarantees.

10. Intellectual Property

Vinc, the Vinc logo, and all platform software are owned by Nedax d.o.o.. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, code, or proprietary technology.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nedax d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vinc. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
